Elmsbridge Property International, a specialist developer of destination communities with decades of international experience, is developing The Gardens. The project design is being led by Mitch Stuart, an experienced architect and Antiguan director at OBMI, the leading full-service design firm in the West Indies. With Mitch and the Elmsbridge design team in place, each villa design can be customized for the buyer, if desired, at minimal additional cost.
The Gardens project has been approved under the Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship Investment Program, which means buyers of real estate in the development are eligible to apply for citizenship in the country.
